8 sl Ham
8 sl Gouda cheese
8 Eggs

1/2 pt Whipping cream
2 ts -(up to)
3 ts Curry powder
Grated cheddar cheese

Place ham slices in buttered baking dish; top with slice of Gouda cheese.
Scoop out a hole in the Gouda to hold the egg. Whip cream lightly & combine
with curry powder. Pour sauce over the ham, Gouda & egg. Top all with
grated Cheddar cheese & bake 20-30 minutes at 350.
