Title: Curried Meat Casserole

1 pk (10 oz.) frozen asparagus or
-broccoli cuts; thawed and
-drained
2 c Cut-up cooked turkey;
-chicken or ham
1 cn (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream
-of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Curry powder
1 c Bisquick baking mix
1 Egg
1/4 c Margarine or butter; melted

Arrange vegetables in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with meat. Mix
soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over top. Mix baking
mix and egg; sprinkle over top. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 to 35 minutes uncovered until hot and topping is golden brown.
