Title: Curried Rice Salad (K-Parve) Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Uncooked rice 1/2 Green pepper, finely chopped 1/2 Red pepper, finely chopped 1/4 c Raisins 3 tb Parsley 2 Scallions, chopped 1/2 c Celery, chopped ----------------------------------DRESSING---------------------------------- 1/2 c Olive oil 1/3 c White wine vinegar 1 tb Curry powder 1 Clove garlic, minced 1 tb Sugar 1 ds Pepper Cook rice and cool completely.
