Curried Rice Stuffing

1 1/2 c Pre-cooked rice
1 1/2 c Dr Pepper
1/2 ts Curry powder
2 tb Butter
1/2 c Chopped pecans or almonds

Cook rice according to package directions. Substitute Dr Pepper for the
water. Add curry powder to the Dr Pepper before cooking. Toast pecans in
butter and add to cooked rice, mixing lightly. Use as stuffing for game or
fowl or serve separately.

Yield: 4 to 5 servings or stuffing for one chicken
