Curried Waldorf Salad
Title: Curried Waldorf Salad Categories: Salads Yield: 7 Servings 2 1/2 c Diced Red Delicious apple 1 1/2 c Diced Granny Smith apple 1 c Diagonally sliced celery 1/2 c Raisins 1 tb Chopped walnuts 2 ts Curry powder 1/4 ts Pepper 1/2 c Plain low-fat yogurt 2 tb Honey Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Combine curry powder and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add to apple mixture, tossing gently to coat. Yield: 7 servings (serving size: about 1 cup).
