Title: Curry Artichoke Dip

Yield: 1 Servings

1 cn Artichoke hearts, drained
And squeezed dry
1/2 Box Mori Nu Lite Tofu
1/4 c Rice Dream (rice milk)
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 ts Ground coriander
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/4 ts Turmeric
1/8 ts Salt
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
1/8 ts Hot mustard
1/8 ts Ground cloves
1/8 ts Black pepper

Combine all in food processor and blend. Put in microwave safe dish and
heat for 2-4 minutes. Serve hot. Better the second day.
