4 x Chicken breast,boned+skinned
2 c Bell pepper,chopped or slice
2 c Red pepper,chopped or sliced
2 x Green onions, sliced
2 ts Curry, more-less, to taste
1/4 ts Turmeric
4 x Red Apple, cored-sliced
1 c Water

Place in covered baking dish all of the ingredients. Cover tightly and cook
in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
