1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 tb White wine vinegar
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ds Dry mustard
1 ds Paprika
1/3 c Saga Cheese, crumbled
1 ds Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together.

TIP: CHOPPED SALAD IN ENDIVE LEAVES

Finely chop your favorite salad fixings such as peppers, cucumbers, onion,
blue cheese and mix with your favorite vinaigrette. Separate endive leaves
to equal lengths and fill for hors douevres, right before serving.
