Curtis' Lime Soup
Title: Curtis' Lime Soup Categories: New, Text, Import Yield: 1 Servings 1 tb Olive oil 1 md Red onion; diced 3 Garlic cloves; minced 2 tb Dried oregano Salt 1/2 lb Fried tofu 2 Carrots; diced 1/2 lb Green beans; cut into 1" -pieces 2 md Tomatoes; diced 1 c Vegetable stock 1/2 bn Cilant chopped 2 tb Chile powder 2 Limes thinly sliced Juice of one lime In a large pot, heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic.
