1 9-inch pie crust
4 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
3 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla

Preheat oven to 450° Brush unbaked pie crust with egg white, set aside.
Scald milk, add sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into crust, bake for
10 minutes, reduce heat to 300° and bake for another 45-50 minutes.
