Title: Czech Sauerkraut Soup

Yield: 4 Servings

3 pt Water
1 c Sauerkraut
1 c Potatoes -- cubed
1 c Sour cream
2 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
1 Egg yolk
Salt & pepper -- to taste

Boil kraut and potaotes in water for 15 minutes. mix sour cream, butter,
flour and egg yolk. Slowly add to soup mixture, stirring constantly. Heat
through, season to taste.
