Title: Danish Coffee Cake

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Flour
1 c Brown sugar
1 c White sugar
1 c Margarine
1 tb Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1 c Applesauce
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Nuts

Blend the first 5 ingredients like a pie crust (set aside 1 cup). Add: The
eggs, applesauce, and soda. Mix together. Put in a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts and remainder of 1 cup that was set aside. Bake
at 350 F for 45 minutes.
