Danish Pancakes
Title: Danish Pancakes Categories: Bread Yield: 4 Servings 1 1/2 c Flour 1/4 c Butter 2 c Milk 3 Eggs 3 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Salt (you can also add some -cinnamon and vanilla; but -not to much) 3 Spoons beer Warm milk and stir in the sifted flour. Stir in a little melted butter, then the eggs, sugar, salt and last the rest of the the melted butter and beer. Pour the lot into a jug. Melt a little butter in a pan and pour in just a very little of the batter so that it spreads out evenly in a thin layer covering the whole of the bottom of pan. Fry pale and crisp on both sides.
