Title: Date-Pineapple Pudding Categories: Desserts, Pies & crus Yield: 6 Servings 1 c Flour 1 c Sugar 1 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt 1 c Dates -- chopped 1 c Crushed pineapple 1/4 c Milk 2 c Water 1 c Packed brown sugar 1 tb Margarine Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in large bowl. Stir in dates, pineapple and milk. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine water, brown sugar and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
