Title: Delicious Pensacola Pudding Categories: Dessert Yield: 8 Servings 18 Graham crackers 1 c Sugar 1 c Crushed pineapple 1 Envelope unflavored gelatin 1 ts Vanilla 1 1/2 c Margarine 2 Eggs 1 c Red cherries 1/2 pt Whipping cream; beaten From: Pam and KerryAnn Cobb Date: Sat, 10 Aug 1996 08:36:28 -0500 Line 8 inch square pan with graham crackers, cream margarine and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Place in layers over crackers. Beat eggs throughly and add pineapple and cherries. Mix well. Spoon over butter mixture. Sprinkle over whipped cream. Fold in until blended.
