Title: Deviled Eggs a la Jadi Categories: Yield: 18 Servings 9 Hard-boiled eggs; peel shell 3 Scallions; finely chopped 1 12 oz can tuna; drained and -flaked 1 1/2 ts Dry mustard 3/4 c Soy sauce 1 tb Sesame or peanut oil 1 1/2 ts Lemon juice Salt and freshly ground -black pepper Paprika Slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove hardened yolks to a mixing bowl. Add scallions, tuna, mustard, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Fill egg white halves with tuna/egg yolk mixture.
