2 cn (2.25-oz) deviled ham
1 c Commercial sour cream
2 ts Capers; chopped (optional)
1 1/2 tb Chopped pimiento
1/8 ts Black pepper
3 dr Tabasco sauce; more or less

Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving. Yield: 2 cups.
