Title: Dijon Chicken with Black Japonica Categories: Winter, Spring, Summer Yield: 6 Servings 2 c Black japonica cooked -according to package -directions 3/4 c Mayonaise 1/4 c Honey 2 tb Dijon mustard 1 ts Horseradish 6 Chicken breast halves Mix these ingredients in a bowl and brush it on Chicken breasts. Broil or grill the chicken breasts until done. Spread the Japonica on a platter as a bed for the Chicken breasts arrange the chicken breasts on the Japonica and garnish with sliced orange.
