Dijon Salad Dressing
Title: Dijon Salad Dressing Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 tb Dijon mustard 3 tb Red wine vinegar 1 tb White wine vinegar 1/4 ts Salt 1 Cloves garlic; (up to 2) 1/2 ts Basil 1/8 ts Black pepper 2 dr Hot sauce 1 tb Grated onion 12 tb Oil Notes: Gov. Mel Carnahan, Missouri Combine mustard and vinegar in blender. Add remaining ingredients, except oil. Whirl until blended. With blender running, add oil, 1 T. at a time. Chill. Keeps several weeks.
