2 c Dried bread crumbs
3/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Parsley flakes
1/2 ts Garlic salt
2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
6 tb Melted butter
Chicken pieces

Mix all dry ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in butter, then dry mixture.
Bake on cookie sheet in 350-degree oven 1 hour. Dry mixture keeps
refrigerated in airtight container indefinitely.
