Title: Dirty Rice Categories: Cajun/creol, Rice, Seafood Yield: 1 Servings 4 c Cooked rice; (no instant) 1 Egg 4 ts Butter 1 lb Whole shrimp; fresh or -frozen, deveined and cooked 2 1/2 ts Chopped pimentos 1 cn Drained mushrooms; (4 oz) 1 sm Chopped onion 1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/4 ts Paprika 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper 1/4 ts Allspice 1 ts Pepper Season Al-Brand 1/2 ts Paul Prudhomme's Seafood -Magic Louisiana Cajun Magic -Seasoning Place cooked rice in large saucepan over low heat. In a skillet scramble egg in the butter, then add to rice with the shrimp, pimentos, mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire, paprika, cayenne, seasoned pepper, allspice and seafood seasoning.
