Title: Do Ahead Chicken Casserole Categories: Chicken, Casserole Yield: 4 Servings 2 c Cooked; diced chicken 1 c (or small can) sliced olives 4 oz Can sliced mushrooms 1/2 c Chopped onions; sauted 1/2 c Mayo 1 c Sour cream 12 sl Thin white bread; trimmed -and cubed From: Marcy Moreno Courtesy: Donna Ransdell Mix all ingredients together, place in 9x13 pan.
