Title: Do Ahead Chicken Casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

2 c Cooked; diced chicken
1 c (or small can) sliced olives
4 oz Can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Chopped onions; sauted
1/2 c Mayo
1 c Sour cream
12 sl Thin white bread; trimmed
-and cubed

Mix all ingredients together, place in 9x13 pan. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 300 for an hour. Serves 4 to 6.
