1 Head of green cabbage
2 Stalks of celery
1/4 c Shredded carrot; (1 medium
-carrot)
1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Buttermilk; (1 1/3 T
-buttermilk powder to cup
-water)
2/3 c Miracle Whip
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 tb Tarragon vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Horseradish
2 tb Celery seed
1 ts Pepper
1 1/2 ts Dill weed
1/2 ts Salt

Food process cabbage and carrot to fine pieces (rice size). Combine with
remaining ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
