Donna's Fresh Apple Cake
Title: Donna's Fresh Apple Cake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3 lg Apples; (chopped fine) 1 c Packed brown sugar 1 c White sugar 2 Eggs; (room temperature) 1 c Oil 1 c Chopped walnuts 3 c Flour 1 ts Salt 1 ts Cinnamon 1 1/2 ts Baking soda 2 ts Vanilla Notes: The Times PA. by Donna Coleman of Jonas Pour brown and white sugar over apples in a large bowl. Let sit for 20 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together with large wooden spoon until well-blended. Pour into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350° for one hour.
