Title: Dorisīs Dessert Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 pk Boudoir Biscuits 1/4 pt Strong black coffee; (up to -1/2) 3 tb Whiskey or any liqueur 75 g (3oz) butter or marg. 75 g (3oz castor sugar 100 g (4oz) ground almonds 1 Egg yolk 1/4 pt Cream http://surfers-paradise.com/gateway/general/recipes/recipe11.htm Make coffe & allow to cool. Cream butter & sugar until creamy. Add egg yolk, almonds, cream and whiskey slowly. Dunk biscuits quickly in dish in cool coffee. Mix alternate layers of biscuits with butter/cream mixture ending with biscuits. Freeze now! Allow a few hours to defrost. Tip !
