Title: Easter Monday Supper Bread Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Biskquick 1 c Cooked ham; chopped 1/2 tb Minced onion 2 Eggs 2/3 c Milk 2 tb Salad oil 1/2 ts Prepared mustard 1 1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese 3 tb Butter; melted Preheat oven to 375. Combine bisquick, ham, onion, eggs, milk, oil, mustard, and three fourths cup cheese. Mix thoroughly. Spread dough in greased pie pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Pour butter evenly over top.
