Title: Easy French Rice

1 cn (8 oz) sliced water chetnuts
Drained
1 cn (8 oz) mushrooms, liquid
Reserved
Enough water to equal 1 1/3
C with mushroom liquid
2 tb Margarine
1 cn (10 3/4 oz) French onion
Soup, defated
1 c Rice

Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole and mix well. Cook,

covered, in a 350 degree oven for one hour. remove from oven and let rest
for 10 minutes.
