Title: Easy Raisin Rice

Yield: 6 Servings

1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Chopped green onions;
-including tops
1 cn (10.5-oz) chicken broth
1 Soup can water
1 c Uncooked long grain
-converted rice
1 c Golden raisins
1/4 c Finely chopped parsley
1/2 c Shelled sunflower seeds

Saut‚ onions in butter until clear. Put in a 2 quart baking dish with all
other ingredients except sunflower seeds. Stir and cover. Bake at 350ø
until liquid is absorbed, approximately 45 minutes. Mix in sunflower seeds
and serve. Yield: 8 servings.
