6 sl White bread
1 lb Sausage or ham, , Jimmy Dean
-Hot
8 Eggs
2 c Milk
1 ts Salt
1 ts Prepared mustard
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese, ,
-grated

Cook sausage or ham and drain. Beat eggs slightly and add milk, salt,
mustard, and cheese. Put bread slices in the bottom of a 9X13" casserole
and cover with egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 deg. F for
30 minutes.
