Title: Egg Casserole Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3 Pieces bread; (your choice) 1 lb Sausage; browned & drained 8 oz Shredded cheddar cheese 2 c Milk 7 Eggs Salt & pepper to taste Butter 8X13 casserole dish. Tear up or cube bread and layer in bottom of dish. Layer sausage on bread. Sprinkle cheese on sausage. Mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour on top of cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
