Title: Egg Casserole Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Shredded cheese (we usually -use a very sharp cheddar) 4 Eggs, somewhat beaten 2 c Croutons (seasoned or -unseasoned will work) 2 c Milk 1/2 ts Mustard Salt and pepper to taste Mix the croutons and cheese together in a deep, oven-proof pan. Mix the milk, eggs, and seasoning together--pour over the crouton mixture. Bake in a 325F oven for 55-60 minutes, or until eggs are set. Garnish with your favorite breakfast meat (or don't bother; it's still great). We usually make a double batch (it will take longer to cook, of course). It reheats very well, in the oven or in the microwave (we don't have one). You can also "jazz it up": I've added veggies, meat, etc. Really good for Christmas morning because it is easy and doesn't kae a lot of watching.
