Olive oil
1 1/2 c Rice -- cooked
Bacon drippings
9 Eggs -- beaten
1/2 c Onions -- chopped
ds Garlic powder
1 c Mushrooms -- chopped
1 ts Salt

Saute onions in oil and drippings. Add mushrooms, rice, eggs, garlic powder
and salt. Cook until egg sets. Source: Justin Wilson
