Title: Egg Rolls Categories: Fish Yield: 6 Servings 3 tb Oil 3 tb Onions; sliced 1/2 c Shrimp; cooked, sliced fine 1 ts Salt 1/2 lb Green beans; diagonally -sliced 2 c Cabbage; shredded 2 lg Carrots; shredded 1 tb Soy sauce 1 c Ground beef 1/8 ts Pepper 1 tb Accentr seasoning mix 6 lg Egg roll wrappers Oil for frying In oil, stir fry onions with beef. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Add beans, cabbage , carrots, soy sauce and accent, cook 5 minutes. Cool. Wrap 3 tablespoons of filling in each wrapper, shape as envelope using a cornstarch/water mix to help seal wrapper shut. Deep fry in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels.
