Title: Eggs Florentine Categories: Cheese, Eggs Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 lb Spinach, cooked 4 Egg 3 tb Butter 2 tb Onion, chopped 1 Morney sauce recipe Heat butter in skillet. Add onions and cook until tender. Add spinach and toss until mixed. Place in a baking dish. Slip eggs into hollows made in mixture.
