Title: Emerald Salad Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 pk (3 oz) lime jello 1 pk (3 oz) lemon jello 2 c Liquid; pineapple juice plus -water 1 c Crushed pineapple; drained 2 tb Mayonaise 1 c Cottage cheese 1 c Whipped cream or cool whip 2/3 c Chopped nuts Heat liquid and dissolve jello in it. Let set to soft set stage--then fold in all ingredients except whipped cream or cool whip. Finally add whipped cream or cool whip and fold in.
