Title: Espresso Spread Categories: Breads, Breakfast, Desserts Yield: 1 Servings 4 oz Cream cheese, softened 1 oz Semisweet chocolate, grated 1 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Vanilla ts Instant espresso powder Place cheese, chocolate, sugar, vanilla, and espresso in container of food processor fitted with steel blade; process 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of container with rubber scraper, if necessary. Remove spread to a small bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. To serve, let stand 10 minutes at room temperature to soften. Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.
