Title: Evie's Caesar Salad Dressing Categories: Salad, Dressings Yield: 1 Servings 1 Clove garlic 3/4 c Mayonnaise 2 Canned anchovies 1/3 c Parmesan cheese; freshly -grated 1 tb Lemon juice 1 tb Wine vinegar 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Dijon mustard 1/2 ts Ground pepper Place all in small processor until smooth. Serve over romaine lettuce **Original recipe calls for 3 cloves of garlic in processor...4 sauteed in oil and 4 anchovy fillets. Too strong for me, but Dad adds anchovies to his salad.
