Title: Fajita Rice Categories: Rice Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 lb Flank steak*; cut into thin -strips 1 md Onion; sliced 1 md Green pepper; sliced 1 md Red pepper; sliced 1 1/2 ts Garlic powder 1 tb Oil 1/2 c Water 1/4 c Lime juice 1 ts Hot pepper sauce; up to 2 1/4 ts Black pepper 1 1/2 c Cooked rice 1. Cook and stir meat, onion, green and red peppers and garlic powder in hot oil in a large skillet until browned. Add water, lime juice, hot pepper sauce and black pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes. 2. Prepare rice as directed on package. 3. Serve meat mixture over rice.
