2 c Boiling water
2 ts Cream of tartar
1 1/4 c White sugar
20 Ritz crackers

BOIL RAPIDLY the first 3 ingredients and add crackers. Boil 2 minutes
without stirring. Pour into pie shell and add 4 dots butter. Sprinkle with
cinnamon. Cover with top crust and bake same as apple pie. Posted to
