Combine popcorn, shoestring potatoes and nuts in large roasting pan. Set aside. Combne butter, dill, worcestershire sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder in small bowl; pour over popcorn mixtue, stirring until evenly coated.
