Title: Fancy Cheesy Rice Categories: Rice Yield: 4 Servings 2 c Cooked brown rice 1 1/4 c Milk 1 ts Salt 2 tb Bell pepper 2 Eggs; beaten 1/2 c Buttered bread crumbs 1/2 c Shredded cheese Alternate layers of rice, cheese and peppers in greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine eggs, milk and salt, pour over rice. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
