Title: Far Eastern Salad Categories: Salad Yield: 8 Servings 1 cn (5-oz) crisp Chinese noodles 3 tb Butter; melted 1 ts Garlic salt 1 ts Curry powder 2 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 ds Liquid pepper seasoning 2 qt Salad greens 2 tb Sliced ripe olives ------------------------------FRENCH DRESSING------------------------------ 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Paprika 1/2 ts Dry mustard 1/4 ts White pepper 1 tb Fresh lemon juice 1/3 c Cider vinegar 1 Clove (small) garlic; -crushed 1 c Salad oil Heat noodles with butter and seasonings in a slow oven, 200ø, for 15 minutes. Toss hot noodles with greens, olives and French Dressing. For dressing, combine all ingredients except oil. Mix well, then add oil. Shake before use. Yield: 8 servings.
