Title: Farmer Cheese-Cheese Cake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings Cookie crumbs 4 Eggs separated 1 1/4 lb Farmer cheese 1 c Sugar 1 pk Vanilla sugar 1/4 c Orange juice 3 tb Flour (from my friend Penina) Break up vanilla, animal or any flavor cookie you like (coarse pieces). Beat egg whites until frothy. Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually and continue beating until peaks form. In a separate bowl - mix yolks+1/2 c sugar+cheese+vanilla+oj Mix whites and cheese mixture together. Stir in flour. Grease 9x13 pan Spread 1/2 the crumbs on the bottom of the pan. Spread cheese mixture evenly in pan.
