Title: Fat-Free Coleslaw (Golden Door) Categories: 1new, Spa, Salad, Lowfat, Readers dig Yield: 2 Servings 6 oz Thinly sliced green cabbage 1 1/2 oz Thinly sliced red cabbage 1/2 Carrot; grated 1/4 c Diced red onions 1/4 c Red wine vinegar 1 ts Kosher salt Combine in a large bowl and toss to mix. Cover for an hour, then drain the excess liquid. Before serving, add half an unpeeled, grated apple; toss and sprinkle with parsley.
