Title: Fat-Free Fudge Brownies Categories: Digest, Feb95, Fatfree Yield: 1 Servings 3/4 c Whole wheat pastry flour 1 c Sucanat 1/4 ts Salt 1/3 c Unsweetened applesauce 3 Egg whites or equivalent 1 ts Vanilla 1/4 ts Baking soda Combine dry ingredients. Beat wet ingredients. Combine and beat wet and dry ingredients. Pour into an 8x8 in pan sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 325 F. for 25-30 min., or just until the edges are firm and the center is set. Cool and cut into squares. Source: a slight modification of the Brownie recipe posted a couple of weeks ago.
