Title: Favorite Fried Rice

8 sl Bacon (turkey); cut in
-small pieces
1 tb Oil
1 lg Egg; beaten
4 c Cooked rice
1 cn Sliced mushrooms; (4 oz.)
-drained
2 Green onions; chopped
2 tb Soy sauce, low sodium

PLACE turkey bacon and oil in large nonstick skillet. Cook and stir on
medium-high heat 8 minutes or until lightly browned. PUSH turkey bacon to
side of skillet. Pour in egg; stir constantly until egg is cooked and
separated into small pieces. ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook 5
minutes, stirring frequently. Makes 4 servings.
