Title: Fiery Jalapeno Artichoke Spread Categories: Appetizers, Dips, Posted Yield: 6 Servings 14 oz Artichoke Hearts; Coarsely -Chopped 4 oz Green Chiles; Diced 2/3 c Parmesan Cheese; Grated 2/3 c Mayonnaise 1 ts Dried Thyme Preheat the broiler. Drain the artichoke hearts and peppers. In a medium bowl, combine the artichokes, peppers, cheese, mayonaise and thyme. Stir until well combined. Thinly spread the artichoke mixture over the bottom of a 9" pie pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat about 5 minutes, until the dip is heated through and golden brown on top. Serve hot.
