Title: Fiesta Corn Salad

1 cn (15-oz) whole kernel corn;
-drained
1 sm Tomato; chopped
1 sm Cucumber; peeled and
-chopped
1/2 c Chopped celery
1/2 c Chopped green bell pepper
1 sm Onion; chopped
3/4 c Commercial Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into serving dish
and chill for several hours for flavors to blend.

Personal notes: This is mighty handy when you need something different and
the cupboard and budget are both low. For extra color, substitute 3 green
onions, sliced, for the chopped onion. This goes well on a picnic; it
doesn't spoil easily.
