Title: Fiesta Salmon Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 cn (11 oz) condensed of cheddar -cheese soup 3 tb Milk 3 tb Chopped canned green chili -peppers ts Instant minced onion 1 cn (7 3/4-oz) salmon -or- 1 cn (6.5-7 oz) tuna, drained and -broken into chunks 3/4 c Coarsely crushed tortilla -chips In a saucepan combine soup, milk, chili peppers, and onion. Heat and stir until bubbly. Stir in salmon or tuna and 1/2 cup of the corn chips. Turn mixture into two 8-ounce individual casseroles. Top with remaining tortilla chips.
