Title: Five Minute Fudge Categories: Candy Yield: 241 Servings 1 2/3 c Sugar 2/3 c Undiluted Carnation -Evaporated milk 2 tb Butter 1/2 ts Salt 2 c Mini marshmallows 1 1/2 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 c Chopped walnuts 1 ts Vanilla From: Maria Ilagan Date: Tue, 23 Jul 1996 22:28:49 -0700 Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 4 to 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove form heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts, and vanilla. Stir vigorously until marshmallows melt and blend. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch (2L) square cake pan. Chill. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 2 lbs (1 kg.)
